I got this on my kindle and I just can't do it justice with a few pages read. I see some recipes (6?) And a few pages of narrative that give some good info (so I gave it a few stars for that) but a full description of why this is such a great diet (healthwise) is not detailed. It lacks more info.
Perhaps I just need to quit getting these "free" reads from kindle as they really vary in quality.

...moreVery simple recipes. Nothing out of the ordinary here if you follow his blog. Gave 4 stars because I like Dr. Berg in general and I read under kindle unlimited. Would have been 2 stars if I paid for it.
Dr. Berg is known for his Keto diet plans. I grabbed this book assuming it would be inline with that.
Nope. This book is full of kale recipes with ingredients such as red grapes and bananas...
It's short but useful. I like how he mentions the benefits of kale in comparison to other greens like ice berg lettuce. This has changed my perspective on weight loss.
It's Simple and has answered all my questions, pulse it includes many recipes for making healthy shake.

This is a quick and enjoyable read. It is full of excellent information. Who would have thought getting healthy could be so easy?
